Perhaps your best option is the City Hotel (ctyhotel@emirates.net.ae), although the rooms are small, but clean and the bathrooms are a bit smelly. A room (with breakfast included) is Dh110. There is another one on al-Qassimi Rd (Sharjah Plaza Hotel), but the beds are uncomfortable and the rooms are very modest and noisy. so, I won't recommend you this one...
