Hey! There are actually two 24-hour airport bus services running every 30 minutes to Deira (that's route 401) and Bur Dubai (route 402). I believe it worths waiting for them, instead of paying Dh30 for a taxi to Deira. The fare will cost you only Dh3 and the buses stop at centrally located bus and taxi stands at Al-Khor St and Al-Sabkha Rd in Deira, and in Al-Ghubaiba Rd in Bur Dubai.
