Of course! There is a number of clean, free beaches in Dubai. These include the Jumeira Beach Corniche next to Dubai Marina, and the beaches near the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Wollongong University at Umm Suqeim. the only problem is with the swimming, 'cause the ripps of this coast can be dangerous and the beaches aren't supervised. I heard there were some accidents in the past.
