You should ask your host because many hotels offer Internet access to their guests, but sometimes this service is only available to executive guests who are paying extra for their rooms.
There are some Internet cafes around Dubai and prices are around 10Dh to 15Dh per hour. One is Al-Jalsa Internet Café at Al-Ain Shopping Centre on Al-Mankhool Rd, opened from 9 am to 1 am and another one is F1 Net Café at Palm Strip Shopping Centre on Jumeirah Rd, opened from 10 am to 10 pm.
