One of my favourite fashion shops in Dubai would be Mumbai Se. This is a Indian boutique located at India Court, IBN Battuta Mall on Sheikh Zayed Rd (New Dubai district). Its collection is an extraordinary combination between classic and modern Oriental style. I have a great handbag embellished with gemstones and a beautiful bejeweled tunic from there. The shop is opened all day till 10 pm or sometimes till midnight.
