I found great stuff at Gallery One Fine Art Photographs, a souvenir shop at the Arabian market called Souq Madinat Jumeirah. This is on Al-Sufouh Rd in Jumeirah district. You will find beautiful black-and-white photographs of Dubai: the Creek, wind tower architecture and street life. They are also selling interesting pop art screen prints of Arabian images as well as camel road-crossing signs or red-and-white checked "gutras"- the national head wear for men.
