I’ve heard that people of Dubai spend a lot of time in gyms and spas. Where can I go and work off their traditional heavy meal?(give a different answer) .
Try the Yoga & Pilates club located at White Crown Bldg in Junction 1 on Sheikh Zayed Rd. This health club offers different types of yoga classes, including toning and therapeutic yoga and group classes held in parks and on the beach. Daily membership fees are around 100 Dh to 200 Dh.
