Cleopatra's Spa is a health club located at Wafi Pyramids in Wafi City Bur Dubay. I heard this was the first health spa in Dubai and it still looks very luxurious, offering a long list of divine treatments including Cleopatra’s Ritual that lasts four hours. Take a rain shower - it’s really something!
