The Vu's bar is located at the 51's floor of the Emirates Tower Hotel on the Sheikh Zayed Rd, and I assure you the view is great. And the prices are as high as the bar- which, by the way it's at 220 m above Dubai. Anyway, the interior is very stylish decorated so it's worth coming here at least once.
