Head for Terrace - a waterside lounge bar located in Park Hyatt Dubai, just next to Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club. This place offers French champagne and vodka as well as oysters and caviar to go with that. It's very classy and expensive. It also has a wooden deck where you can sit for a drink while enjoying the beautiful view.
