There is a workers' cafe on Al-Satwa Rd at Satwa, called Ravi. It is opened 24/7 being very popular for its opening hours and for the cheap prices which are about 12 for main course. Stick with vegetarian dishes: take a biryani with hot bread and a Punjabi sweet lassi drink.
