I used to hang out at Mai Tai Lounge bar- it is located near, or you can say it's attached, to Trader Vic's restaurant at Crowne Plaza Hotel. This place keeps opened from 7 pm to 1.30 am during which you can come here, after dining at the restaurant next door, and enjoy a cocktail while listening to live Latin music. And you can also try some tasty snacks that come with the drink.
