I had a drink once at Koubba bar - it's on Al Qasr Rd in the beautiful area of Madinat Jumeirah. I went inside the bar where a very stylish crowd of local people listened to Arabian-lounge music in an Oriental decor. But the bar's terrace is more romantic with candle-lit tables and a good view over Madinat Jumeirah complex, which looks wonderful lit at night. The bar is opened from noon to 2 am, so you have enough time.
