Lotus One is my favourite bar in Dubai mainly because it's exotic-flavoured cocktails with Asian ingredients, but also because it is beautifully lit with fibre-optic lighting shifting subtly. It looks like a rainbow of colours thrown on the glass floor through which you can see glowing pebbles and seashells in the sand. All you have to do is to enjoy your drink while listening to DJ chill-out music. This fabulous place is located at World Trade Convention Centre, off Sheikh Zayed Rd and it's opened till 2am, from noon.
