I’m interested in cricket, and as I’ll be going to Dubai I was wondering if there is an international sporting event of such kind.(give a different answer) .
As I remember cricket matches are hosted in Dubai, since the International Cricket Council moved into town. So, international cricket is held during winter months nearby Sharjah Heritage Area-more exactly on 2nd Industrial Rd at Industrial Area 5. To get there you should take a minibus that will cost 5 Dh from the Deira taxi and minibus stand.
