Walk along 37 St in Deira district and ask for the Sun and Sand Hotel. It is a small three star hotel well-equipped, offering rooms with prices ranging from 468Dh for a single to 536Dh for a double. You get plenty of sun at the rooftop pool but for sand you’ll have to take the beach shuttle bus.
