Al-Ain oasis in Abu Dhabi

Well, a lot of emiratis and businessmen from oil-rich capitals come at the local Hilton to forget a bit about their daily burdens. Here time is stuck 400 years in the past, with black-masked women trailed by barefoot skinny children walking along dirt roads. Palm-trees draw the setting. There's a daily camel market in case you came for purchase and a livestock souk, full of Omani goods, silver jewels, and goats :)
