Looking for a cheap hotel in Abu Dhabi I found on Umm al-Nar St the Zakher Hotel. I hardly could find someone to tell me about the prices or help carry my luggage. And the next day when I asked a member of the staff to tell me where I could find a good restaurant in the city he seemed a bit grumpy. anyways, rooms are ok; s/d Dh200/250.
